AEC produces a wide range of standard and custom test fixtures for use with electromagnetic shakers. Its design can range from a very simple plate with a few attachment holes to an extremely complex device with automatic features that enable production testing to occur with rapid insertion and/or removal of the test item
Head Expanders are the most common fixture for vertical motion, as they provide larger surfaces to which test specimens may be attached. By increasing the mounting area of the shaker, multiple items can be tested at the same time, decreasing total test cycle time. Most head expanders are fabricated from magnesium alloys to provide the optimum combination of lightweight, rigidity and strength.

~ Rask Assembly of Power Amplifie and Servo Protector ~
The Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) power amplifier is designed with high efficiency, low noise, small size, and with characteristics much like a linear amplifier, but without high dissipation and bulk. It can reach maximum output levels for longer durations - with outstanding repeatability and unparalleled linearity. For all conditions, power device junctions are continuously monitored to ensure safe and reliable performance. It can be fully integrated into rack assemblies for single or multi-axis requirements
The 9363-PT3 Servo Protector is specially designed for vibration testing system. It comprises 6 analog meters respectively for input signal, temperature and output voltage and current of Power Amplifier, temperature of voice coil, and airflow of exhaust system to avoid potential abnormal conditions that affect the testing. It also features 10 abnormal digital indicator lamps in terms of over displacement, over current, abnormal temperature of voice coil and power amplifier, abnormal of exhaust system and N.TR/P.TR of power amplifier, and emergency stop.

AEC also offers various Electromagnetic Vibration Testing Systems, rated from 2kgf to 3,000kgf force and meeting various testing specifications. Used in research and a variety of industries, including aviation, automotive, military, electronics, computers, communications, medical and aerospace, this diversified and wide ranging product line provides test solutions for even the most demanding requirements.
These systems are comprised of Electromagnetic Shaker, high-power Amplifier, versatile Shaker Controller, integrated Slip Table assemblies, Fixtures and Head Expanders, and Instruments and Accessories. It is featured with high horse power and loading capability, easy of operation, and high reliability. Customer specifications are also available.
